Small Group Activity (SGA) is an activity composed of small groups of our employees who actually control and improve the quality of their works and services.
SGA is a method for problem solving by structurally searching for the root cause and eliminating them.
It is important to express the theme in detail so that the aim of what to accomplish is clearly understood at a glance. Through this, the aim is to develop employees’ capabilities and achieve self-actualization, make the workplace more pleasant, vital and satisfying and improve customer satisfaction.
