TOMONI Global ICT Support Center
As an addition to existing TOMONI Support Center in Japan, TOMONI Global ICT Support Center with mainly Filipino personnel (under Tsukiden Global Solutions Inc.) is established in MTS office and under Plant Control & Service Department to contribute value in the 24 hours a day, 365 days a year system operations monitoring, fault response and various non-routine operations.
The functions being done by the TOMONI Global ICT Support Center include :
- Maintaining the System Health of the TOMONI Systems
- Responding to Inquiries from Internal and External Users
- Management of User Accounts
- Server Administration
- Responding to Requests from Application Developers
- Operations-related Application Development
