Print

MHPS Europe (Service) in consortium with Budimex S.A. recently signed a contract for the modernization of the existing wet FGD (Flue Gas Desulphurization) in £aziska Power Station belonging to Tauron Wytwarzanie S.A. MHPS Europe will be responsible for the delivery of a sieve tray as well as modernization of the flue duct system in order for the power station to meet the new BREF* requirements concerning SOx emissions.

This is an excellent example of a FGD upgrade, which is necessary to make existing power stations compliant to new stricter BREF emission limits in the European Union. MHPS Europe has already received orders for the modernization of such installations for over 900 MW in Poland. The clients have found MHPS Europe's technological solutions both trustworthy and competitive.
