Procurement Portal Mitsubishi Power EUK

Mitsubishi Power Europe, Ltd (Mitsubishi Power EUK) is introducing a new Cloud Based Procurement Portal.

As part of a global procurement strategy, Mitsubishi Power EUK is engaging with suppliers to roll out a cloud based procurement system called Coupa. Coupa (www.coupa.com) is an industry leading e-commerce system which directly connects buyers with suppliers; this will allow Mitsubishi Power EUK to send purchase orders direct to the vendor and for the vendor to electronically return invoices more efficiently. This technology brings significant benefits to our suppliers including (but not limited to):

• Greater control over order processing;
• Ability to quickly create electronic invoices;
• Faster invoice-to-pay process with intuitive traceability of the status of invoices/ payments;
• Better communication and broader visibility of products / catalogues to the wider broader Mitsubishi Group;
• With no requirement for the installation of hardware or software Coupa is free of charge and to there is no cost for to vendor transactions managed through this application.

In the near future, Mitsubishi Power EUK will be contacting preferred suppliers to seek their collaboration and engagement with this new programme, in the interim, existing vendors can register for Coupa by completing the Coupa Supplier Information Sheet (click on link).
