We have received high praise from Thai Toray Synthetics Co., Ltd., for our Energy Management System (EMS) implemented at their factory in Ayutthaya, for its effectiveness in reducing energy consumption.
In May 2015, Thai Toray Synthetics Co., Ltd. has introduced our EMS featuring DIASYS Netmation for their Ayutthaya factory via Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI)-Thailand, Ltd.
Our EMS plans to improve the existing manual operation of chiller plant (chiller, cooling tower, etc., and some DCS, all manufactured other than Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd.) and to realize the automation and optimization.
On June 4, 2015, by analyzing the newly accumulated data by EMS, we have submitted the report to the customer on energy cost reduction.
- Electricity consumption: decreased by 12%
- Energy consumption: decreased by 10%
The Customer planned Return on investment (ROI) as 2.7 years. Now the Customer evaluates ROI as only 1 year.
Customer has provided the following valuable feedbacks:
- "We have vaguely felt some operation like something wasteful. This EMS has brought "Visual control" ("mieruka" in the Toyota Way). Its graphics gives us clear perspective on where and what wasteful, and inspires our staff into deep discussion for improvement.
MP-CS has provided not only the box (the computer system) but also the solution contents (the data analysis and recommendation for energy save). It is amazing."
- Based on the analyses, we are proposing a plan for further operation improvement and equipment upgrade.
Our knowledge and technology contributes the customer’s PDCA cycle for QCD optimization.
We will continue to participate in the customer energy saving activities.
We are supplying not only the computer system of EMS.
