MHI Power Control Systems Hosts Summer Internship Program

MHI Power Control Systems Co., Ltd. (MPW-CS) annually offers summer internship programs at its locations in Tamachi (Tokyo), Yokohama, Takasago, and Nagasaki.
This year’s program was held from August 24 to September 18, with a total of nine students participating. Two students were hosted by New Business Promotion Division (Tamachi), two by Control Engineering Division (Yokohama and Takasago), and five by ICT Engineering Division (Yokohama and Nagasaki).

Each hosting division conducted a five-day practical training program based on its own curriculum, concluding with a final presentation session on the last day.
The participants shared positive feedback, including comments such as:
“The internship provided me with valuable hands-on experience in real work.”
“I was able to learn the basics of plant control.”
“Since the training took place in the design room rather than a meeting room, I could directly feel the workplace atmosphere
and the passion of the employees.”

MPW-CS plans to continue offering internship programs at each location in the coming years.
