2027年度新入社員の内定式を開催しました

MHIパワーコントロールシステムズは、2026年10月1日（木）、横浜本社（本牧）において、2027年度入社予定の新卒内定者18名を迎え、内定式を開催しました。
式では、吉田代表取締役社長から内定者の皆さんへ歓迎と激励の言葉が贈られました。当社を取り巻く事業環境について触れ、三菱重工グループの業績が好調に推移する中、当社も安定した事業運営を続けていることを紹介するとともに、入社後に早期に活躍できるよう、残りの学生生活においては学業や自己研鑽に積極的に取り組むことも含めて公私ともに健康で充実した生活を送ってもらい、来年４月に元気な姿で入社してくれることを心待ちにしている旨のメッセージが伝えられました。
内定式は終始和やかな雰囲気で行われ、内定者の皆さんの笑顔と期待に満ちた表情が印象的でした。来春の入社後、一人ひとりが活躍し、新しい力として会社の未来を支えてくれることを心より期待しています。

MHI Power Control Systems Holds Welcome Ceremony for Prospective Employees

On October 1, 2026, MHI Power Control Systems Co., Ltd. (MPW-CS) held a welcome ceremony at its Yokohama headquarters for eighteen prospective employees scheduled to join the company in April 2027.
At the ceremony, Toshiro Yoshida, President and CEO of MPW-CS, offered warm words of welcome and encouragement. Commenting on the current business environment, he noted that the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) Group continues to perform well and that MPW-CS, as a member of the MHI Group, maintains stable business operations. He encouraged the prospective employees to make the most of their remaining time as students by focusing on their studies and personal development while expressing his sincere anticipation of welcoming them next spring.
The ceremony was held in a warm atmosphere throughout, filled with smiles and hopeful expressions. We sincerely look forward to each of them playing an active role and supporting the future growth of the company.
