Activity 2: COVID-19 Support @ HO
CSR Partner: Anthill Creations Foundation
Distribution of Groceries and Health Kits for about 200 families living in and around our office area (Neighbourhood). These families in slum areas were affected by almost 2 months and lockdown and 21 days of containment.

Activity 3: COVID-19 Support @ Site

Payment of Incentive or Ex-gratia to the workers / labour (173 No.s) who are affected due to lockdown due to COVID-19.
As per the Ministry of Corporate Affairs General Circular No. 15 /2020 dated 10 April 2020, If any ex-gratia payment is made to temporary / casual workers/ daily wage workers over and above the disbursement of wages, specifically for the purpose of fighting COVID 19, the same shall be admissible towards CSR expenditure as a onetime exception provided there is an explicit declaration to that effect by the Board of the company, which is duly certified by the statutory auditor.

Activity 4: COVID Crisis Management at Shifaa Hospital, Bangalore

Support for increase of hospital infrastructure and beds for treatment of COVID-19 patients, by way of supplying:

- 15 No.s ICU Monitors

Activity 5: COVID Crisis Management at BBMP Bommanahalli Zone, Bangalore
CSR Partner: Direct by the Company / Nagu Foundation
- COVID-19 Testing Vehicles: Running 4 no.s of COVID-19 testing vehicles for home collection of samples within BBMP (Bangalore Municipal Authority Viz., Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike) w.e.f. 01 November 2020.
- Incentive to COVID-19 workers: There are about 1000 people (Govt officials, Teachers and Volunteers who are working on the field for Testing, Contact tracing, Home Quarantining & Isolation etc. To increase the efficiency of the staff and to encourage them to do better, it’s proposed to institute a reward mechanism that will identify and congratulate the achievers and motivate the ones who are not doing good.
- Awareness Program: Display of Banners and Standees within BBMP area for awareness of public (DROPPED)
