Dry Dehydrochlorination and Desulfurization System
The Dry Dehydrochlorination and Desulfurization System is an exhaust gas treatment facility for the removal of hydrogen chloride and sulfur oxides contained in exhaust gas.
In this facility, alkaline powder such as slaked lime is blown into the duct upstream of the fabric filter, and the reaction products are collected by the fabric filter in a dry state.
We supply Dry Dehydrochlorination and Desulfurization System along with fabric filters to municipal solid waste, industrial waste incinerators, and biomass-fired power plants.
The following are the reaction equations for Dry Dehydrochlorination and Desulfurization System.
- Ca(OH)2 + 2HCl → CaCl2 + H2O
- Ca(OH)2 + SO2 → CaSO3 + H2O
