Toluene/MEK Separation/Refining/Recovery

After mixing and recovering exhaust gas of toluene-MEK mixture by means of solvent recovery equipment, the gas is separated and recovered through the distillation facility in the dehydration tower/purification tower to reuse.

Mixed Solvent Recovery Equipment

Mixing and recovering mixed solvent exhaust gas through the Solvent Recovery Equipment;
Mixed solvent is treated and reused by the customer-owned purification/separation facility.

Features

This system is designed and fabricated as the equipment shared by two units of solvent recovery system.
Therefore, steam regeneration efficiency is substantially improved from the usual level of 35 percent.
