Product introduction

Plant Type

  • The Plant Type is a customized system that attentively meets customer needs.
  • Treatment capacity of gas: An optimum flow rate is determined according to the customer request.

Typical Recoverable Solvents

Hydrocarbons Benzene, Toluene, Xylene, n-hexane, Rubber volatile oil
Ketones Acetone, MEK, MIBK, Cyclohexanone
Esters Ethyl acetate, Butyl acetate
Alcohols Methanol, Ethanol, Propanol, Butanol
Recovery efficiency: (Example) Toluene: 98 percent or more

We make and deliver products that meet with customer satisfaction by integrating customer-specific needs -- production facilities operating conditions, load variations, installation space, maintenance space, recovered solvent properties, wastewater properties, noise control and even the direction of the exhaust outlet - and extensive experience in the basic design stage in order to ensure safe, secure operation for a long time.

Package Type

  • The Package Type is suitable for small volumes of exhaust gas.
The Package Type consists of a small number of component parts, thus allowing easier maintenance compared with the Plant Type.
  • Treatment capacity of gas: 3,000m3N/h - 22,000m3N/h
  • The finished product will be delivered to customer's site by truck (equipment handover effectuated on the truck).

Typical Recoverable Solvents

Toluene, Xylene, n-hexane, Rubber volatile oil
This system is suitable for treating gas containing a single solvent of the above-mentioned.

Solvent concentration Max 20 (Toluene)
Gas temperature 20 - 100
