High-Speed Dissolved Air Floatation Equipment
It is capable of processing at approximately 5 times the speed of conventional dissolved air floatation systems.
Overview
By completely re-engineering the structure of the floatation tank, we achieved a processing speed several times higher than that of conventional pressure floatation. It is effective when the installation space is limited due to updating of an existing system, etc., or when processing is conducted in large capacities.
Features
- By improving the structure of the floatation tank, and achieving a water area load that is approximately 5 times larger than that of the conventional tank, we have dramatically reduced the installation space of the main unit.
- Thanks to the reduction in the number of devices, the number of operation control items has decreased, making operation easier.
- It is easy to start up and can be used in a wide range from low to high concentrations.
- Depending on the type of drainage, it may be possible to reduce the number of components in a simple process by using the one-pass method (direct pressurization of raw water).
