Launch Your Finance Career Through Four Specialized Rotations and Build a Path to Leadership.

Mitsubishi Power's Finance Rotational Program (FRP) is a two-year leadership development program designed for recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in Project Finance, Manufacturing Finance, Corporate Accounting, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Participants will build technical skills, business acumen, and leadership capabilities while gaining exposure to diverse finance functions, business areas, and locations across the United States.

The program's inaugural cohort launches in June 2027 and will consist of four participants selected from a competitive pool of recent graduates. Throughout the program, participants complete four rotations at Mitsubishi Power locations across the United States while receiving relocation and housing support. Upon successful completion, participants transition into a full-time finance role aligned with their strengths, career interests, and business needs, providing a clear pathway for long-term growth within Mitsubishi Power.
